Kopi Luwak...the most expensive coffee in the world. What I had was 2% kopi luwak and 98% coffee arabica. The coffee was bought from Indonesia by my sister. Anyway I already tasted the most expensive coffee in the world or just a fraction of its. A pound of Kopi Luwak coffee will cost you about USD 300.00 or about USD50.00 a cup. The reason why it's so pricey because of the unique process which the coffee bean harvested and roasted in Indonesia.
The coffee bean are collected from nocturnal animal called the Luwak or Musang feasts on the matured coffee cherry. In the morning the farmers will collect the waste of the animals that scattered under the coffee tree and which are contain coffee seeds , process and clean it than send for roasters.
