Roti Canai
Roti canai kosong RM 0.90 cents per piece. Made from flour, condensed milk, water and salt and come with free refill dhal curry and sambal. Usually ordered with Teh Tarik at RM 1.20 drink and sometimes free air suam to flush the digestive system.
The term "canai" derives either from: Chennai, a city in India which is formerly known as Madras.. Roti canai is presumed to have been introduced by immigrant labour from the Madras region where a similar combination of prata and dalcha - the accompanying lentil curry - is served. The local always order the roti from Chennai as the maker came from Chennai, India not China.
Nowadays some people need two pieces of roti canai to keep them going. The ideal roti is flat, fluffy on the inside but crispy and flaky on the outside. Enjoy while its still at RM 0.90 cents per piece.

Sepang Taps Run Dry ( Day 3 ) And Its Over
Finally the water started flow into the tap at 0600hrs but in murky condition. Back in business as usual at 0700hrs. The new filter installed from incoming supply to water boiler quickly became dark after a while. Crowds started to flow in like any other Sunday. Many thanks to SYABAS and their worker who did the repair works non stop although its rain everyday.
As reported by thestar online:-
Water supply to Sepang residents resumes today.
PUTRAJAYA: The 350,000 residents who have had water cuts in the last three days due to damage pipes in Sepang should get their supply restored by today.
As a temporary measure, Syarikat Bekalan Air Selangor Sdn Bhd (Syabas) will put in an interconnecting pipe to one of the three new alignment pipes to supply water to some 75,000 households in Hulu Langat, Kuala Langat and Sepang.
However, water supply would only be between 40% and 50% and it would take another three days for the supply to be fully restored as the new alignment pipes work to full capacity.
The Thursday morning incident at Kampung Revolusi Hijau in Sepang caused damage to three major pipes channelling water to the Semenyih plant and the disruption is believed to be due to illegal sand-mining activities and erosion. Read more here.

Sepang Taps Run Dry
Today no water supply in Sepang and disrupting my business. We have to close early as all the water kept overnight runs dry. Morning breakfast and roti canai finished at 1100hrs as most of the shops are closed.
“A combination of sand-mining activities and erosion contributed to the damage to the pipes. Due to this, we have to lay a new line of pipes.
Erosion and sand-mining: A combination of the activities led to the burst water pipes which disrupted supply to 75,000 households in Sepang, Kuala Langat and Hulu Langat.
At 1200hrs the boiler for dispensing hot water runs dry. Nasi Ayam, canned drinks and mineral water was the main list.
Called the Customer Helpline begging for water but the answer given that their main priority is to supply water first to the people and mosque as today is Friday prayer. For business that I'm tending to, who serving people to eat and drink due to no water supply at their home , I have to find my own.
By 1500hrs the Cafe closed like every other restaurant nearby.

“The new line will be longer and would require realignment. It would take a lot of work and we also need to mobilise the machinery and source for spare pipes,” he added.
Subramaniam added that a police report had been lodged over the matter and said Syabas would also inform the Selangor state government on the sand-mining activity.
Meanwhile, Syabas contractors will start work immediately. Read more here.
